Solignum is a very well known protector of wood.. They have this tag line “Solignum: Wood Protection in a Can”.

Today I applied a liter of Solignum in the third floor room here in our apartment. Termites decided to make a permanent residency up there and they are eating up most of the wood there so i decided to buy myself Solignum and paint them termites all away.

Solignum is popular here in the Philippines as termite busters but I guess this chemical can also be used to kill unwanted insects in wood. That said, if blackants and silverfish lived there or somewhere near them woods, they will be dead too…
