You do not need to be depressed because you have failed on something that you think is important in your life. You can download from YouTube.

Perhaps, God has another plans for you. Perhaps, you are destined to be in somewhere else, not on where you want to go. Trial and error is important when you are deciding where you want to go. You need to really find what is really apt for you, what God has really planned to give you.

Being happy and content is necessary. Do not care about anybody else. Just focus on yourself. Just focus on what you do and all is well.

A lot of people are overly concentrated on the “sinker vs. floater” contention that they miss entirely what should have been more important: our digestive health. Let’s face it, a lot of posts out there say that sinkers are the ‘normal’ type of poop and then again, some people say that we should aim for ‘floaters’. Since this issue is far from conclusion, let’s just skip this tidbit and focus on digestive health.

I recently stumbled upon an article bu Jay Williams, Ph. D.  which gave a test to check if your digestive system is working fine. It says there that you must eat a spoonful of corn kernel at your next dinner and try not to chew them. Take note of the time because it will serve as the crucial “measurement”. If you poop within ten (10) to eighteen (18) hours, then, voila, congratulations! You have a healthy digestive system. If you poop beyond eighteen (18) hours to twenty-four (24), you probably need to intake more fiber and water. Beyond the twenty-four (24) cut-off, let’s just say that you need to tweak your diet and lay-off with the meat.

The Industrial Revolution in Great Britain in Great Britain started in the late 1760 that’s before the gps for truckers technology. It gradually spread to Europe and then later on, to the United States. The changes during that era were not only industrial but also social and intellectual. Social, because it has affected the behaviour, mentality and lifestyle of people. Intellectual, because the Industrial Revolution was also the period of various discoveries and it is the dawn of a new era of technology.

There are three known factors which led to the industrial revolution. The first is the invention of machines which not only made work and production faster but also sometimes even eliminated work by human. The second factor is the invention of the steam engine which jump started the evolution of transportation in Great Britain. The third factor is the adoption of the factory system.

The factory system basically is the putting together of all elements needed in production in one common place. These elements included work space, raw materials, and ultimately, the manpower.
